Job Responsibilities
- Billing retail deals
- Ensure accuracy of all documents and signatures
- Assemble, review and submit funding packages per lender requirements
- Maintain clean schedules
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information, dealership polices and procedures and compliance laws.
- Process trade in, pay off checks in a timely manner.
- Assist with office accounting as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive setting.
- Ability to work some evenings
- Fast learner, detail oriented
- Accounting knowledge
- Excel knowledge
