Travel Pharmacist (13+ Weeks) - Peridot, AZ

We are seeking a licensed Arizona Pharmacist for a 13+ week (travel or local assignment).
Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift

Responsibilities:
Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring high-quality services meet professional standards.
Develop outcome measures and monitoring systems for continuous quality improvement.
Evaluate and enhance departmental policies and procedures.
Continuously improve program effectiveness.
Supervise and support staff development and performance.
Oversee computer-based information systems to ensure data accuracy.
Efficiently manage purchasing and inventory.
Coordinate staff training and growth opportunities.
Prepare monthly progress reports, suggesting improvements as needed.
Participate in orientation and quality assurance programs.
Stay current through educational programs and discuss training needs with the supervisor.

Requirements:
Five years of professional experience with at least two years of management experience.
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including 1 year residency.
Current and valid Arizona state Pharmacist license is required.
BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
