Job Details:
- Location: Manchester, VT
- Position Type: Full-time, Contract
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Contract
- State Licensure Requirements: Valid Vermont state licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders.
- Provide direct behavior analysis services, including skill acquisition training, behavior reduction strategies, and data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based interventions and support strategies.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members in implementing behavior support plans and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
