Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Riverbank, CA. As an LMFT, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to students across the entire school district, serving grades K-12 as needed. This is an onsite/in-person position that offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans for students.
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop prehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational or clinical setting.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to travel between school sites within the district as needed.
