Description:
You will be a part of a $275 Million dollar Casino expansion in Murphy, NC. 25,000 square feet are being added on to the facility including rooftop bars, restaurants, spas, gaming floors, garages, and more. You would be tasked with running the voice and data cabling throughout the facility to ensure an accurate gaming experience. Your highly accurate work will ensure secured transactions for hundreds of millions of dollars of casino winnings.
Qualifications:
•Commercial cable-pulling experience
•Experience working with data copper, fiber, and CCTV cabling
•Understanding of Cable installations of Cat 5 and Cat 6 with the ability to perform punch downs.
•This candidate needs to have a strong work ethic
•Reliable transportation
•Must be a willing team player who can do the tough work
•MUST be eager/interested to learn the trade
•Candidates must own or be willing to get steel-toe boots for this role
•This is a fast-paced, physical position that requires lifting up to 25 pounds
•(You will occasionally work on ladders or scissor lifts)
Responsibilities:
•Installing cabinets, cable trays, ladder racks, fiber runners, containment, and trunks
•New construction environment
•Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement
•Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain cleanliness
•Follow all production, safety, and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices
•Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles
•Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work
•Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies
