Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• 3+ years of experience in full-service dining - specifically upscale and/or fine dining
• Hands-on leader who takes pride leading a team
• Guest-focused approach
• Positive attitude, energetic/upbeat personality
• Bar/craft beer/craft cocktail/wine/spirit knowledge is a big plus
