Job Description

Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer II to support production departments, investigate quality issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.

  • Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Statistics.

  • Ability to lead teams and solve quality-related issues.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex prints, including GD&T.

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with stamping and welding fabrication processes is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Pro E/Creo for reviewing design models and assemblies.

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing practices.

  • Knowledge of CMM inspection processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support two production departments by investigating quality issues related to products and processes.

  • Analyze data to determine root cause in NCCA system and implement corrective actions.

  • Provide work direction to inspectors & auditors.

  • Identify and help lead continuous improvement projects.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
