Nurse Practitioner - Miami, OK

Shifts: Mon - Fri (7 AM - 4 PM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner and the provider will be focusing on well visits, physicals, prescribe and tend to urgent care cases. The role will involve collaborating with other health professionals, such as remote mental health therapists and nutritionists.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.

• Respond promptly to urgent medical cases, accidents, and injuries on-site. Administer immediate care and determine the need for further treatment or hospital referrals.

• Assess patient conditions and prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and formulary. Monitor medication management and educate patients on proper usage.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a comfortable healthcare environment. Act as a resource for health-related inquiries and concerns.

• Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees. Address preventive care and lifestyle management.

Qualification/Experience:

• Master's Degree as Nurse Practitioner - Miami, OK

• Should have Primary care or Urgent care experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required

Licenses/Certifications:

• Must be licensed in State Oklahoma as Nurse Practitioner

• Active DEA certification

• BLS and CPR certification preferred
