Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification in Secondary Science (CO state certification required)
- Previous experience working with students in a school setting, particularly in special education or inclusive classrooms
- Strong knowledge of secondary science curriculum and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with state standards and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special needs or disabilities
- Implement various teaching strategies, such as hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and multimedia resources, to enhance student understanding and engagement

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions
