Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa in Weston, Florida, is in search of a dynamic Spa Director. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, possesses exceptional communication skills, demonstrates strong leadership qualities, and exhibits proven analytical abilities. The Spa Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas, working closely with the owner to ensure adherence to franchisor guidelines and policies, thereby fostering spa growth and success. This role requires strategic planning, consistent execution, and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements. The Spa Director will serve as the primary resource for the owner and managers, providing guidance and support across all aspects of spa management.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with the Owner, Managers, and Spa Team Members
- Prepare and present reports for the owner
- Conduct Spa Walkthroughs, provide coaching, manage HR functions, oversee inventory analysis, handle payroll, and conduct employee reviews
- Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reports, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to assess operational strengths and weaknesses
- Lead all HR duties, including hiring, training, and developing sales leaders
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance spa performance
- Facilitate in-spa training sessions and role-play activities with spa staff
- Engage directly with customers and team members
- Foster guest and member retention and engagement
- Participate in relevant regional and market-wide operational training programs and webinars
- Meet or exceed revenue budgets and quarterly and annual revenue goals for each spa

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage team and individual workloads effectively through time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in general computer usage and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Strong coaching and motivational skills
- Effective leadership abilities with experience in business development and sales
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
