Radiology Associates of Ocala, is looking for a full-time Ultrasound Technologist for a dynamic outpatient Imaging Center.

As an Ultrasound Technologist you must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced outpatient imaging center; have a thorough understanding of all aspects of ultrasound imaging and related patient care; must be available to work day shifts Monday through Friday.

Additionally, you will:

  • Select equipment for use in ultrasound setup according to specifications of examination.
  • Explain process to patient, obtain patient history, assist patient in position for examination.
  • Use cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and work area, and maintain adequate supplies.
