Job Description

Technical Service Representative Under general supervision of the Operations Leader, provides technical service support of company products to the Atlas operations team, OEM, distributors, and individual customers through effective communications and field visits. Ensures that feedback of service issues reaches the appropriate personnel for effective problem resolution. Maintains familiarity with all vehicle systems and models. Provides documentation to support service experience through established procedures. Coordinates warranty service issues as necessary.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides technical guidance, post-sale support, and solutions to customer’s technical and maintenance needs globally.

• Communicates directly with and travels as needed to customer sites to assess all vehicle technical concerns & questions and determines best course of action to address issues.

• Acts as the technical liaison between operations and Customer Service.

• Interfaces with all departments within the organization.

• Assists with existing product modifications by providing specific applications.

• Maintains accurate records and prepares detailed reports on any recommendation or design change recommended to improve product reliability

• Develops and maintains a strong customer rapport and positive image.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is strongly desired

• Must be a certified in ??????.

• Must possess current, valid Driver’s License.

• 3-5 years of experience in general automotive engine maintenance, operations and/or assembly.

• Experience with electronic vehicles is a plus.
