You'll work with highly collaborative and innovative, human resources leaders, in streamlining recruitment processes and engaging closely with potential candidates. The role consists of providing concierge recruiting support services to our human resources team and candidates, in support of Expion Health departments and programs. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for finding the top candidates. In this role you will:

  1. Deliver and Execute (75%)- As a recruiting specialist for Expion Health's HR team, you will work on behalf of our department's and their diverse needs to find the right support for their teams. The recruiting specialist will serve as the point person for all candidate screenings, representing the top notch level of care and commitment we provide for our partners. This role will require building relationships exclusively within the field, in addition to diversifying recruitment techniques to the current environment.
  2. Learn and Grow (20%) - Learns through successful and failed experimentation when tackling new recruitment problems; Actively seeks ways to grow and be challenged; Stays up to date on hiring trends in the given market and adjusts as needed to benefit Expion Health overall.
  3. Plan and Align (5%) - Builds partnerships with recruiting sources and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives; Works across functions and supports team's hiring needs; Relates openly and comfortably within diverse groups of people.

This role may require travel (up to 5%).

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Team and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and preferences.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, recruiters, outsourcing partners, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates to build a pipeline of talent.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams to manage interview logistics.
  • Administer skills assessments, tests, and other evaluations to gauge candidates' qualifications and suitability for the position.
  • Provide guidance on competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, culture, and recruitment needs.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role for 2-3 years.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate the organization's values and opportunities to candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
