Cattle Clerk Receptionist B Shift

Overview

We are in need of a highly dependable individual to fill a position in our Cattle Procurement office.

Must be willing to work Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 11 pm, every other Saturday at 7:30 am and one weekend a month dispatching trucks.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for answering all incoming calls - Good phone etiquette
• Detailed orientated
• Good Organizational Skills
• Must be able to prioritize workload
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned
• Heavy data entry

Qualifications

• Previous office administrative skills, knowledge or experience required
• Must work independently and as a team
• Ability to use computer software programs to achieve job functions (example: MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Strong work ethics of integrity, honesty and dependability
• Good Work History
• Knowledge of the cattle industry preferred but not required
• Dispatching and scheduling trucks for inbound freight
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK B SHIFT
