As a Real Estate Associate, you will be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to both parties. • Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
• Provide guidance to sellers on how to effectively promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Showcase and market real properties to potential buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively sell
• Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
