Gaming Manager
WIthin a 2 hour-ish drive of Peoria Il mostly off-site but in office a few times a month or more
Salary Range: 85-95k
Our client, a leading innovator in the serious simulation industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Serious Gaming Manager for a full-time hybrid role in Peoria, IL. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of serious games, designed to educate, train, or inform end users on specific topics while providing an engaging and impactful experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of development professionals, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and requirements.
- Lead team growth planning and development year to year.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in simulation or gaming development.
- Strong management skills with the ability to multitask and self-prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in game/simulation development tools and technologies.
- Passion for gaming and a commitment to leveraging technology for positive social impact.

Requirements
