• Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
• Assist sellers in promoting their properties effectively to attract favorable offers
• Display and market real estate properties to potential buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years old or above
