General Description / Summary -

Professional Trainer with a primary focus is to increase a company's productivity by teaching employees' new skills and knowledge.

Reports to - HR Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities-

  1. Help Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking and training is needed.
  2. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
  3. Assist in the preparation of multi-media training materials
  4. Ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role
  5. Develop employee training schedules
  6. Assist in the delivery of training materials in a classroom or work environment
  7. May spend time delivering training in a classroom or work environment.
  8. Locate online educational resources
  9. Communicating training needs to management
  10. Maintain a database of all training materials
  11. Monitoring training costs

Qualifications-

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
  • Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Educational Level-

Bachelor's Degree in education, business, human resources, or related field or hold a technical degree in Machining and experience of more than 1 year,

Previous Experience-

5 years' experience in machining or related field

Physical Demands-

Generally, works in an office environment. However, the employee is frequently on plant floor which has moderate noise level.
