Ability to go on the on call schedule
Complete understanding of HVAC codes, wiring diagrams, and charging charts

o High Voltage and components in HVAC systems
o System airflow and static pressures
o Low voltage systems and components
o Heat pumps
o System and ductwork design
o Commercial HVAC Systems
o System airflow, static pressures, and pertaining mathematics
o Communicating systems
o IAQ and related components
o Low voltage systems and requirements
o Mini-split troubleshooting
Basic understanding of superheat, subcooling, and communicating systems
Identify issues on-site within the Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Codes
Complete knowledge of how to read job blueprints

- Always communicate with the General Manager any issues, customer concerns, or any obstacle that hinders meeting the 318 Heat & Air customer guidelines for satisfaction.
- Be prepared to offer constructive solutions to problems.
- Support your fellow team member of 318 Heat & Air solving issues or problems through constructive communication.
- Complete all paperwork and necessary administrative tasks on time, and in an accurate manner to support company operations.
- Be a leader and a model example for the installers in all that is expected from them. This shall include personal appearance and grooming, truck care and cleanliness, workmanship, customer satisfaction, productivity, attitude, etc.
- Meet installation quality and time guidelines and goals.
- All jobs completed same day unless priced otherwise.
- Support the 24-Hour emergency on-call installation schedule.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
