Stable, growing Electrical Contractor seeks a Electrician and Wiring Crew Leader, a seasoned Journeyman Electrician, is tasked with leading on-site operations for Electrical and Wiring Construction Jobs, with a significant focus on residential projects.

STARTING AT $24/HR+

This role demands excellence in installing electrical systems and equipment for both Rough-ins and final installations. The Crew Leader is responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 apprentices, ensuring projects are not only completed on time and within budget but also exceed standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a role model in professionalism, skill, and leadership, with potential future leadership roles within the company.

This is a full-time position and candidates will work locally within an approximate 80-mile radius. Work week is 40-hours with overtime.

Primary Job Functions


Lead the Installation (Rough-in and Finish) of electrical systems and wiring.

Read Drawings to understand the Requirements.

Supervise and Train Apprentices

Follow state and local building regulations based

Ensure Team Compliance with Safety Instructions

Quickly analyze and solve electrical installation problems.

Order, Receive, Protect and Manage Job Materials.

Keep a record of Job activities and material usage.

Requirements

2+ years as an Oklahoma licensed Journeyman electrician

5+ years field experience

Good communication skills

Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

Punctuality

Highly Desirable: Prior Job Supervision and Training Experience
