Assisted Living Director - CBRF Administrator

Mosaic Management Group is seeking an Assisted Living Director/Administrator to oversee the daily operation of a 15 bed CBRF in Baraboo. This is a privately owned and operated community offering a warm and supportive environment for our residents, visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of regulatory requirements for compliance in a CBRF, experience in caring for frail older adults and those with dementia, and the ability to provide visible, proactive leadership.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain high standards of resident care and customer satisfaction.

Build relationships with residents and their families through good communication and follow-through. Foster a strong, cohesive team environment that builds confidence and strong morale among the staff.

Work with partner providers to develop a collaborative working relationship. Oversee and implement the training of employees and practice strong management principles to motivate and maintain staff.

Monitor residents' functional status and needs on an ongoing basis, including prior to move-in and after hospital stays.

Coordinate service plan development and interventions and communicate services and support required to meet resident needs.

Identify and build referral relationships within the local area to achieve and maintain high occupancy.

Facilitate and coordinate details related to new admissions

Participate in accounts receivable and payable functions.

Order or authorize purchase of supplies, equipment, and services.

Monitor the tasks needed to maintain the building and grounds in a state of good repair, cleanliness, and attractive appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication skills

Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations

Must be a team player, well organized and flexible

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

2 plus years assisted living experience in supervisory/management position

Licensed CBRF Administrator OR Associate degree or higher in a health- related field or Bachelor degree
