As a Broker, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance, marketing listings, and assisting clients in their real estate needs. • Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under favorable terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Promote listings through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Effectively negotiate during the sales process, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters for a fair and honest transaction

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Outstanding people skills and a friendly demeanor
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
