• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and drinks
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers and events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and work stations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
