Full Time Position: Monday-Friday | 8:00a-5:00p

Mister Sparky Electrical is seeking an ambitious and motivated candidate to join our family.

The AR Clerk is a valuable member of the accounting team who is responsible for reconciling
Deposits and invoices against customer accounts. This individual will shed light on customer receivables while playing an integral role in the accounting department. We are a highly motivated,
enthusiastic team with big goals, and are looking for individuals who are, amongst other things,
detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.

Responsibilities and Duties Include, but are not limited to:
  • Reconcile daily check, cash, and credit card receipts
  • Process Customer Refunds
  • Research all chargebacks and oversee dispute resolution
  • Oversee customer finance funding
  • Perform audits of Accounts Receivable and collect on past due balances
  • Review customer account status with management
  • Participate in month end close activities by reconciling all deposits

These are the most frequent tasks performed daily/weekly.
