TEEMA Solutions is actively seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team for an exciting opportunity at a corrections facility in Corcoran, California. No prior corrections experience is necessary – we welcome candidates with a passion for serving the underserved community.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $88/hr, with the option to provide a portion of this as a stipend to cover commuting expenses if required. Additionally, we are open to Corp2Corp positions with rates to be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supervisors and treatment team members on complex cases

  • Thoroughly document all care provided to inmates, including face-to-face contacts and interdisciplinary meetings

  • Monitor inmate progress using approved documentation formats

  • Conduct mental status exams and utilize community standards and ethical practices in treatment modalities

  • Assist inmates in accessing entitlement benefits, community programs, and services

  • Provide written reports and consult with the Board of Prison Hearings

  • Communicate with relatives/caregivers as approved by supervisors and with patient consent

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of LCSW experience

  • LCSW license in CA

  • BLS certification
