Jaguar Bolera is launching its very first groundbreaking take on the future of the hospitality game and is looking for genuine, thoughtful, dynamic personalities to help introduce us to the Raleigh community.

The Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Expo Team. The Expo is the master of coordination making sure that each order is complete with the most precise presentation of each dish in a timely fashion. They handle the pressure and coordinate the Food Runners. They are multi-taskers and quick thinkers. The flow of the culinary program depends on them.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating all guest orders using the KDS
• Helps the line team by communicating what is happening with the tickets, lead ticket time, all day counts, and coordination between stations for different items needed.
• Working in constant communication with MOD in the zone to coordinate on guest requests,
• special orders or allergies, refires, and issues with tickets.
• Directing and communicating to runners, verifying they know where they need to go and that
• they have accurate items.
• Reviews every plate to make sure it is perfectly executed and up to standard.
• Oversees the timing and organization of orders to ensure ticket times remain in line with our brand standards.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the back of the house and expo line.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere.
• Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive regarding the front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or Guests)

Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Requirements:

• Food service experience in a high-volume environment required(1-2 years)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Participate in Food Safety training. ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Interested in a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Confident with technology and point of sales systems (KDS).
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
