Hendrick Manufacturing is actively looking for a 3rd Shift Material Handler. Position is full time and the hours are Monday - Thursday; 8:00PM - 6:30AM.
The individual who functions in this position must carry out all of the functions associated with being a Material Handler. To qualify as a Material Handler, an individual must be able to perform all of the following:
- Use forklift to load and unload materials as necessary and convey to next operation
- Use forklift to transport materials to various locations in plant, depending on business need
- Assist machine operators in loading materials onto machines as required
- Operate overhead cranes to transport coils and other materials as needed
- Requires ability to multitask efficiently as required
Education:
- High School graduate or GED
- Certification to operate forklift
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift
