Pay for this position starts at $19 / hour. This position with Atlantic Aviation requires availability for any/all shifts as well as overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call. This position follows a 4/10 work schedule, meaning you'll work four days a week for ten hours each day. - Provide customers with professional service and assistance
- Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
- Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
- Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
- Customer service/hospitality experience
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 18 years of age
- A valid state driver’s license
- Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
