Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensures the compliance with company standards in all areas of the daily operation. The responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager include product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting of team members and their retention, and financial accountability. The Restaurant General Manager also ensures the highest quality products and services are delivered each time to our guests. Qualifications
A minimum of three years general management experience for a high-volume concept is required for the Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation
A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
