- Providing customers with facility related information via facility tours, personal visits/assessments, and follow-up
- Care planning to meet social & emotional needs
- Helping the residents and families adjust to their new surroundings
- Innovative, outgoing & organized
- Have a love for working with the elderly population
- Experience in long-term care preferred
