Position Description:
As a Marketing Assistant, one would report directly to the Marketing Director and assist in the development of marketing initiatives that require the knowledge and skill sets for analyzing, creating, and editing digital marketing and media, videography, and photography.


Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain, update, and create our Project Profile/Case Studies (gathering photos and stories with sales team).
  • Assist in maintaining current Company Internal and External Branding and Marketing Programs.
  • Develop social media posts, gather content for strategic digital content creation, manage various social media platforms, email marketing, as well as some analytical work.
  • Activate cost-related digital marketing campaigns such as social media advertising, Google PPC, and analytics to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Support web enhancements including development of full product catalog drawings and digital brochures.
  • Work with Management to complete projects and ensure ongoing projects are accomplished in a way that supports the company.
  • Attend networking or other events to promote Mack Industries.
  • Assist in setup, facilitation, and completion of internal and external marketing events.
  • Other duties as assigned, company functions, communications, administrative work, mailings.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, and/or Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing programs including social media and Google PPC and analytics.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the following programs: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe
