Lead HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
- Builds positive relationships with General Contractors and Team
- Prior experience leading teams on multi-family projects
- Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs
- Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC on multi-family projects/custom homes
- Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
- Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
- Follows all GUNTHERS' Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS' Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
- 4+ year in residential/multi-family HVAC installs
- EPA and RMGA certification required
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
- Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.
