The Coordinator, Employee Experience, helps support Lawrence Healthcare's mission to provide compassionate, quality healthcare to the communities we serve, by designing and developing effective new initiatives, overseeing activities and measuring overall success along the stages of the employee journey at Lawrence Healthcare. The individual in this role must be able to manage both tactical and strategic HR functions in a professional setting. This role works closely with HR leadership to identify opportunities, develop, and implement strategies as it relates to engagement, recruitment and retention. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

What You Will Do:

  • Create a warm, welcoming and positive work environment for new hires and current employees by striving to create a "wow" experience in every employee interaction.
  • Own the employment experience from orientation to employee exit, by developing and implementing programs and activities that support strategic goals.
  • Work directly with HR leadership on establishing recruitment & retention and engagement goals to attract and retain valuable employees.
  • Assist department leaders with job openings, interviewing and/or candidate selection. Ensuring the right person in the right position.
  • Market Lawrence Healthcare's position openings and workplace to community partners, by attending job fairs and/or community events.
  • Lead the development and execution of recruitment and retention programs and foster the company's culture ensuring all initiatives / activities are promoted and delivered.
  • Develop and facilitate a monthly Recruitment & Retention Committee to plan and executive initiatives, discuss efforts and measure progress.
  • Develop and implement an annual Recruitment & Retention Strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee experience and share insights with the team and leadership.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business or other related degree required.
  • Prior HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Familiar with all Employment Laws.
  • Prior background working in a healthcare setting is a plus.
