In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings, assisting buyers and sellers, and helping them navigate the real estate market. • Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years old or above
