Position Overview:

The Kids Club Attendant plays a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for children at the resort's Kids Club. This position is responsible for organizing and supervising various activities and programs designed to engage and entertain young guests while ensuring their well-being and happiness during their stay.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of guests' signups on the GVL form.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff during both day and evening programs.
  • Oversee supply inventories by ordering and requisitioning supplies, maintaining a cost-effective par level of stock without compromising guest experience.
  • Uphold approved standards and procedures set by the Resort to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Possess strong listening and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate multitasking abilities and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the capability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • The role may involve occasional lifting of over 80 pounds.
  • This position entails standing, walking for 4 to 5 hours at a time, climbing stairs, reaching, and bending.
  • Strong emphasis on professional and personal integrity.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in a youth activity environment preferred.
  • Occasional use of company vehicles is required for this position. A clean background and driving record of at least one year are necessary to meet insurance standards.
  • CPR/First Aid training is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
