Givens Highland Farms, a premier nonprofit life plan community (continuing care retirement community) in Black Mountain, is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our health care team. This is a meaningful and vital position where you positively impact the lives of our residents, visitors, and fellow team members every day. The hours for this position will be 7pm-7am with weekend availability. We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, so we collaborate with you to offer flexible scheduling where possible.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Delivery of resident care using appropriate nursing practices
• Administering medication
• Documentation
• Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for residents

Qualified candidates must possess:

• An unencumbered LPN for the state of North Carolina
• An ability to work with minimal direct supervision

Added plus if the candidate has:

• 1 year of experience working with older adults
• Supervision experience as an LPN

Compensation: $28 - $32 based on experience; + $3 for PRN with shift differential pay and sign-on bonus!
