Essex Hotel Management is currently seeking a DRIVEN Sales Coordinator for the Hampton Inn & Suites located in Fredericksburg Virginia.

What will I be doing?

As the Sales Coordinator, you would be responsible for the production of group room revenue and meeting room revenue. Coordinate details and assists in the administration of clients' special requests and coordination of meeting rooms while ensuring each piece of corporate business meets the hotels revenue objectives. Directs, implements and maintains a management philosophy which serves as a guide to the operations staff. Additional administrative office duties will be included as well.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Hilton Sales Experience
  • Knowledge of Delphi and Meeting Broker sales Systems
  • Knowledge of Hilton PEP Property Management System

Preferred candidates will have previous Hilton hotel experience.
