About Our HR Team

Our HR team is growing! As our company continues to grow and expand, our HR team needs to grow to be able to support our teams. We are a global environment with a headquarters in Palo Alto, California. Our team is dispersed, with HR coverage in each local office to support the local teams. This person will help us with our continued growth, supporting employees and managers, while working on various HR related projects.

Job Description

  • Assist with coordinating a variety of trainings and events which may including New Hire Orientations, onboarding sessions, benefits administration and etc.
  • Maintain and update data within our HRIS and across other systems ensuring a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide high touch support to employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
  • Assist with processes related to compliance of various state and federal requirements
  • Respond to requests for employment verifications and unemployment claims
  • Manage employee files and uploading new hire documentation
  • Support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting
  • Support, schedule & assist learning and development trainings
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and other administrative tasks as necessary
  • Self-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward
  • Positive attitude and motivated by contributing to the overall success of team
  • Attention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task and work on may projects at once
  • ADP WorkForce day to day.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of prior experience in HR or Associate's Degree with 3-5 years of prior experience in HR

  • ADP - ADP WorkForce experience a must!
