Job Description
Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) is seeking a reliable, friendly and motivated individual to join our retail banking team as a Summer Bank Teller (Seasonal Teller) at our Moultonborough, NH branch. We are flexible with anticipated start and end dates for this upcoming summer season.
Hourly rate of pay is $17.51 per hour and payable bi-weekly on Fridays
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous related experience and/or training in a customer service environment
- Intermediate use of desktop applications
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Ability to travel between branches as needed
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer deposits, account withdrawals, cashing checks, issuing bank and travelers checks, issuing and redeeming savings bonds and processing loan payments
- Promotes and sells bank products and services to new and existing customers
- Responds to questions and resolve problems or concerns for customers effectively and efficiently
