We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support and training to our clients and their families. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference, dedicated to continuous learning, and possesses exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment goals.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans as needed.
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and professional development.
