Our team of sales associates focuses on high quality customer service, working diligently and efficiently, and creating a positive environment for all who walk through our doors.

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Providing a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner
• Fostering a positive and fun environment for customers, coworkers, as well as YOURSELF
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that is easy and efficient to operate within
• Creating an inviting and appealing place to shop – keep the displays neat and organized
• Carrying out the full process of buying in merchandise – become familiar with brands and products that we carry, as well as pricing guidelines
• Building relationships with customers – we don’t just provide customer service, we’re a part of a community
• Processing customer purchases, tagging incoming product, and stocking the sales floor
• Other daily operational duties as assigned by the store manager

Our ideal candidate is/has:

• A friendly, energetic, and helpful attitude
• A desire to learn and enjoys a team-oriented environment
• An effective communicator – direct, kind, and clear
• An enthusiasm for our business model – can honestly and proudly promote it to customers
• Prior retail experience, preferred

Our profit sharing model provides employees additional compensation directly related to quarterly business performance. We also offer all employees a 30% discount.
