• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms.
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Effectively market and display real estate listings to attract potential buyers.
• Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract favorable offers.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in order to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Demonstrated outstanding people skills and an aptitude for negotiation.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
