Interlachen Country Club is seeking host/food runners for our new restaurant, The Lodge. We are redefining casual country club dining, exploring global inspiration while honoring classic preparations in our newest outlet, The Lodge. Our modern approach will make way for exciting but familiar dishes such as hand-tossed brick oven pizzas, house-cured and smoked meats, and seasonal soups and salads. Thoughtfully designed by award-winning firm Shea, The Lodge features four open-air garage doors, exposed brick, cozy fireplaces, and equal indoor and outdoor seating on our new West Campus.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
• Support servers by assisting with the expo, running food, refilling beverages, clearing, and resetting tables.
• Work closely with the BOH and FOH staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Answer phone calls, and facilitate reservations and to-go orders accurately and efficiently.
• Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell.
• Keep orders organized and promptly deliver them to the correct tables.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings.
• Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Host and club experience is a plus
• Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus
• Must be 16 years or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time

Availability

• This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
• Sunday availability is required.

• $16-21 per hour (including base wage and service charge)
