Our group fitness-based workouts combine cardio, endurance, strength training, and Floyd Mayweather electrifying boxing combinations. Our personalized approach to results is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety. Our team encourages members and guests to find what is their best means to them through their fitness journey.

Reports to: Studio Manager

Pay Structure: $12.50 up to $20 per hour (hourly plus commissions)

Our team is looking to add a Rock Start Sales associate with previous sales experience & strong

closing skills. This Rock Star has:

● Prior sales experience required

● Excellent customer service skills

● Solid verbal and written communication skills required

● Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment

● Ability to work and function in a team environment

● Health & Fitness minded people required

● High School diploma required

A day in the life:

● Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including

membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.

● Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.

● Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.

● Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive

experience at the Mayweather Boxing + Fitness studio.

● Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.

● Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing + Fitness workout.

● Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.

● Participate in marketing and outreach events

● Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times

● Keep up with studio cleaning checklists

● Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing + Fitness training programs.
