Job Description
Company in the construction mechanical industry, seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for new university graduates who are looking to break into the project management discipline. The successful candidate will support project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects under the guidance of the project management team.
Support in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
Help in managing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Contribute to team meetings and effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders.
Support in tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Assist in the development and delivery of progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Contribute to managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and developing contingency plans.
Facilitate in building, developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Requirements:
Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong academic performance with a verified GPA of 3.5 - 4.0.
Demonstrated interest in project management through coursework, internships, or project work.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Team, PowerPoint.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the project management discipline.
Preferred:
New university graduates with some or without work experience but with a strong academic record and a keen interest in project management.
