STRONG UNDERSTANDING IN QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP/ONLINE, ACCT PAYABLE/RECEIVEABLE.  PAYROLL, 6 WEEK CONTRACT

• Greeting and directing visitors, customers and guests
• Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages and handling queries and complaints
• Handling office correspondence, such as mail, email and fax
• Maintaining office supplies, records, calendars and schedules
• Performing data entry and other clerical tasks
