**URGENT HIRING NEED!**

We are currently hiring for fulltime onsite/in office Collections Agents in Greenville, South Carolina and would love to grow the team with individuals who are driven and offer customers a high level of empathy and customer service! Please see the details below and apply if interested.

*Please note, this position will be 100% onsite/in office*

Job Title:
Collections Agent (Call Center Representative)

Location/Employment Type:
  • Greenville, South Carolina
  • Fulltime, Onsite/In Office

Pay: $18/hour (Paid Weekly!)

Start Date: June 3rd

Training Hours (First 3 to 4 Weeks):
  • Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Production schedule will begin after first few weeks of training!

Production Schedule:
  • Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • This is four 11-hour shifts Monday through Thursday
    • Includes 10 working hours and a 1-hour lunch break

Responsibilities:
  • The Collections Agent role is a position with a primary focus serving consumers via inbound or outbound phone calls.
  • The objective is to help the consumer in account resolution, including but not limited to balance or settlement in full negotiations, payment plan creation, dispute resolution, etc
  • Representatives are required to stay within state and federal guidelines and ensure professional verbal and written communication.
  • Focus on error free call documentation, handling call escalations, communicating and performing account maintenance, etc.
  • Update consumers’ accounts with precision to ensure all outcomes of the call are documented.
  • Ensure notation is clear and concise while conveying important details within the call to allow accurate reporting and support for team members

Requirements:
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Must be flexible and willing to work with all levels of staff in a collaborative and partnership approach
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Able to pick up on new information quickly and accurately and apply to calls
  • Ability to gather information and make a quick decision
  • Demonstrates in their work and communication the company’s core principles
  • Must be punctual and reliable for their work schedule
  • Must be comfortable meeting deadlines
