Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Part-time - 20-24 hours per week

We are currently hiring for our Customer Service Department in Corbett. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting face-to-face and via telephone with both existing and new residential/commercial customers. Many times this individual will be the first interaction with the customer so we are looking for someone courteous, helpful, and can leave a favorable impression.

In addition to the Customer Service responsibilities, this role will also be involved with promoting and offering solutions to our customers through our array of services. In this role you will quickly need to assess customer’s needs and make suggestions on how they can further benefit from our portfolio of business solutions. Someone that can problem solve, has inside sales experience, and that has previously worked in a similar industry is preferred. Someone who possesses the ability to handle a variety of tasks at once and is a team player is highly desired; other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Customer Service or related experience
• Experience with Inside Sales is a plus
• Excellent work history
• Knowledge of Corbett’s local roads and geographical area is a plus
• Industry experience is preferred but not required
• High School or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Record and close out of POS including: reconciliation of cash, checks, credit cards, and all other transactions accurately.
• Operate copiers, fax, and all other office equipment in a safe, efficient and productive manner.
• Detail specific & observant with a high attention to accuracy.
• English/Spanish speaking is a plus
