Revenue Cycle Manager

Leadership position - Qualified candidate for managing billing, intake and reception staff in Medical office. Must have knowledge of Medical coding, authorizations, Health Insurance, billing and good communication skills. Past experience of staff management required. Attention to detail a must. Time management and conflict resolution important for success.

Minimum requirements for this position:

-5 years of billing, accounts receivable, collections or related experience is required

-Minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisorial/manager experience

-strong knowledge and experience with accountings systems/health care billing

-excels at project management and organization

-strong analytical skills and attention to detail to assure accuracy in the billing process

-demonstrated supervisory, organizational, and customer service skills, to manage the complex workflow and multiple priorities involved with revenue cycle team management

-thorough knowledge of medical and insurance terminology, and of billing/collections procedures and external regulations

-solid knowledge of human resources management policies, with the ability to evaluate and document human resources matters and performance

-skilled in both written and verbal communications, strong critical thinking skills

-computer proficiency in all relevant software, and specialty information systems used throughout the department. Ability to synthesize data and produce meaningful reports on department operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree

-In-depth knowledge of billing procedures, coding systems, (CPT,ICD-10), industry regulations (HIPPA, CMS), HCPCS,NDC,....

-familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
