Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Home Health MobileShift: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, all On-Call 5 Nights Per Week Every Other Weekend Required No Holiday Work
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- NJ License
- 2 of relevant nursing experience
- At least 6 months of Acute Care RN experience
- Knowledge of Wound Care, Wound VAC, Tubes, Drains, Infusion
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Must have acute care/hospital experience
- BSN
- BLS AHA
- EPIC Home Health Application experience preferred
- Previous and recent IV experience (preferred) within one (1) year preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills preferred
- Medicare certified home care experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge and competency in completion of assigned treatments and procedures according to established standards and policies.
- Demonstrate ability to care for a patient and significant other in a holistic manner
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability to passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus
